The final phase in the development of Vallensbæk Company Park involved  the new multi user scheme Company House IV. With inspiration from the surrounding urban fabric, the building has a modern expression with elements of its modular concrete facade arranged in an artistic composition that breaks the modular rhythm.

The windows are of various sizes, arranged in an irregular fashion, which together with the deep frames around the larger windows, enhance the composition. The light grey concrete with the characteristic clam holes adds to the industrial yet contemporary feel.

The building is designed to meet the DGNB Gold certification criteria.
