Molestien Parking

The multistorey carpark is part of the masterplan for Molestien and serves the whole area.

The building continues the façade line of the existing office building, and it will connect to a future commercial building on the adjacent corner plot. The ground floor base serves as storage area for the existing office and there are five levels of parking above with 169 carparking spaces.  The façade is inspired by the existing office building’s tight, rhythmic composition and cladding in metal sheets and vertical glass strips.
