An existing office complex and a conference centre previously occupied by Microsoft were converted into modern office facilities.
The campus is part of a former business headquarter surrounded by reflecting pools and located in a large park. They are now converted and offer unique office hotel facilities, a reception and lounge area, as well as meeting rooms and coffee spots.
The project involved conceptual design including an overall design manual, space planning, design of custom made built-in furniture, furniture proposals, furniture tender documents and final decoration including selection of art.
The décor is sophisticated yet approachable with respect for the original materials such as marble tiles, brown bricks and verdigrised copper. The timber panelling behind the reception, in the coffee bar and in the lounge area adds a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
