Total transformation of an 1899 building in Copenhagen historical inner city; only the protected street façade was preserved during the entire transformation. Future use will be retail space in 2 connected floors and offices with terraces access.

Reinforcing structure intertwined with the old outer wall, new in-situ concrete main structure with just one main load-bearing column, ribbed structure ceiling, new floor slabs and roof structure.

Large pivot windows, steel and brass.

Sleek steel stairs, high precision welding.

Concrete softend by shaping the surface.

Copper cladding meticulously dismantled, traditionally restored and re-mounted.

Carefully selected natural stones for interior cladding.
