The hybrid construction system combines CLT, concrete, and prefabricated timber elements to maximize structural performance, sustainability, and cost efficiency. Each material is used where it delivers the greatest value.

Prefabrication ensures rapid installation, superior quality, and a predictable construction process, while the extensive use of timber significantly reduces embodied carbon compared to conventional concrete and steel structures. The result is a high-performance building solution that optimizes both investment value and life cycle impact.

Factory-built lightweight bathroom pods are delivered with a high level of completion and can be tailored through a wide selection of finishes, fixtures, and sanitaryware.

The concept is being developed in partnership with ABC Rådgivende Ingeniører, CLT Denmark  and Adserballe & Knudsen A/S.
